Performing: Sarah Sigman

When you are in high school, it is difficult to imagine yourself performing on one of the most famous streets in the world. Still, years ago at University High School of Indiana, Sarah Sigman could imagine herself doing just that. The daughter of theater professionals, she was born to perform.

Sarah Sigman is a triple threat: a dancer, singer, and actress. She is currently a featured ensemble member in a Tony award-winning show, MJ the Musical. It was such a pleasure getting to meet Sarah in New York this past January (on a trip with her alma mater and my current high school no less). Hearing her story has inspired me to continue chasing my passions, no matter how far away from Indiana they might seem.
